How Promolink Works
Promolink makes your curtains and blinds to measure in five steps: a free consultation, a free site measurement, sewing by its in-house specialists, free installation, then warranty and after-sales care. Promolink Actions Sdn. Bhd. has supplied made-to-measure curtains and blinds in Malaysia since 1998, from its office in Petaling Jaya and its showroom in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur.
The five steps, from first message to after-sales care
Free consultation
Tell Promolink about your windows on WhatsApp, by phone, by email or through the form on the Contact Us page. The consultation is free: the team listens to what you need and advises on the fabric and the system that suit each room, from curtains and blinds to Silent Gliss motorised systems.
Free site measurement
Promolink measures your windows on site, free of charge, so every curtain and blind is made to measure for your windows. Blinds are custom-made too, in the style and design that suits each room.
Sewn by in-house specialists
Your fabric is sewn by Promolink's own in-house specialists and matched to a premium curtain track, so curtains and tracks are specified, made and delivered from one place.
Free installation
The Promolink team installs your curtains and blinds free of charge. For Silent Gliss systems, Promolink handles every step, from the first technical consultation to careful local installation.
Warranty and after-sales care
Promolink lists warranty and after-sales care as part of its service. Ask for the warranty terms of the system you choose when you get your quote.
“Job well done, good customer service, reasonable price, would 100% recommend. Service also quite fast, and they also helped to touch-up after a week under their warranty program.”

How do I book a free consultation?
Message Promolink on WhatsApp at 013-959 1349, call 012-292 5582, email enquiry@promolink.com.my or use the form on the Contact Us page. The office is open Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm, and closed on Saturday and Sunday.
Does it work the same way for motorised curtains?
Yes. Silent Gliss motorised curtains and blinds go through the same consultation, measurement and installation, and once fitted they run from a switch, a remote control, the Silent Gliss Move app, or a home control or building management system. A motor makes most sense for large, heavy or hard-to-reach curtains. Read Are motorised curtains worth it in Malaysia? for when it is worth it, or see the Silent Gliss Motorised system.
Does Promolink work on hotels, offices and public spaces?
Yes. Promolink's curtains and tracks are made for residential and commercial interiors, from homes and hotels to offices and public spaces, with flame-retardant, antibacterial and sound-absorbing fabrics for the spaces that need them. See curtains and blinds for hotels, offices and public spaces.
